SHIPPING POLICY

 

Where we ship

 

Blood and Kingdom ships worldwide. All orders are produced and shipped from our print-on-demand fulfillment partners' facilities in the United States and Europe. The shipping origin depends on the product and the destination address.

 

Processing time

 

Every item is made-to-order. Production typically takes 2 to 7 business days after you place your order, before the package leaves the fulfillment facility. Production time is separate from transit time.

 

Shipping time and rates

 

United States (domestic): flat rate $5. Estimated transit time after production: 3 to 5 business days.

 

International (rest of world): flat rate $15. Estimated transit time after production: 7 to 21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

 

Total estimated time from order to delivery: roughly 1 to 2 weeks for US orders and 2 to 4 weeks for international orders. These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, customs inspections, and peak periods can extend transit time.

 

Tracking

 

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves the facility. If you do not see this email after 10 business days, check your spam folder, then contact us.

 

Customs, duties, and import taxes

 

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Blood and Kingdom has no control over these fees and cannot estimate them in advance.

 

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

 

You are responsible for entering an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. Packages returned to the fulfillment partner due to an undeliverable address can be reshipped at the customer's expense.

 

Lost or significantly delayed shipments

 

If tracking shows no movement for more than 14 business days, contact us at bloodandkingdom@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier and our fulfillment partner to locate the package or arrange a replacement at no cost.
