Refund policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS

 

All Blood and Kingdom apparel is made-to-order through our print-on-demand fulfillment partners. Because each item is produced specifically for you after your order is placed, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or incorrect size selection. Please review the size chart on each product page carefully before ordering.

 

Damaged, defective, or misprinted items

 

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, you are eligible for a free replacement or full refund. To file a claim, email bloodandkingdom@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery and include: your order number, clear photos of the issue (front of the item, close-up of the defect or damage, and the shipping label if relevant). We will respond within 2 business days and arrange a replacement or refund. You do not need to ship the item back to us.

 

Lost or stuck shipments

 

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 14 business days, contact us. We will work with the carrier and our fulfillment partner to either locate the package or send a replacement at no cost to you.

 

Wrong shipping address

 

You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to our fulfillment partner because the address was undeliverable or incomplete, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.

 

Cancellations

 

Because production begins shortly after your order is placed, we can only cancel orders that have not yet entered fulfillment. Email us immediately if you need to cancel — we will do our best, but cannot guarantee cancellation once production has started.
